U.S. ORDERS

Once your order is ready to ship, we will send your piece(s) via UPS 2-4 Day shipping. Cost will be calculated at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once the parcel has shipped. Due to COVID, there may be delays in shipment time. Please use your tracking number and consult UPS Tracking to track your parcel.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For International shipments we use UPS or DHL. Cost will be calculated at checkout. Delivery time will be determined by the carrier. We will send tracking information via email. Once your shipment is delivered by UPS or DHL, Curtesae is no longer responsible for the parcel. We recommend that your parcel be shipped to an address where someone is available to accept it. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes

RETURNS

As each of our garments are made to fit individual clients, we do not offer refunds. We do however go through great lengths to ensure a proper fit and will conduct further fittings and refining if needed by our clients after initial delivery of the piece(s). Customers have 30 days after receiving the garment(s) to send a request for another fitting.

REPAIRS

We offer lifelong complimentary repairs within the realm of possibility. Each garment will be examined carefully in our atelier to determine the viability of a repair.
