As each of our garments are made to fit individual clients, we do not offer refunds. We do however go through great lengths to ensure a proper fit and will conduct further fittings and refining if needed by our clients after initial delivery of the piece(s). Customers have 30 days after receiving the garment(s) to send a request for another fitting.

Please contact with any questions.

We offer lifelong complimentary repairs within the realm of possibility. Each garment will be examined carefully in our atelier to determine the viability of a repair.
